- Eligibility:
- College students must be pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate courses.
- School students must be in Grades 11–12.
- Theme:
- Speak on the topic: “The Future as I see it”.

The Reimagine Waste: Transforming Trash into Treasure for a Sustainable Future Contest is an exciting opportunity for you to create awe-inspiring installations using waste or sustainable materials. Showcase your creativity, ingenuity, and commitment to sustainability while making a powerful statement about responsible living and environmental care.
Why Should You Participate?
Selected installations will be displayed at the Summit of Future – 2025, offering participants the opportunity to inspire global leaders, changemakers, and industry stalwarts. Gain visibility and recognition as we work towards a sustainable tomorrow!
- Eligibility:
- Colleges: Teams must consist of undergraduate or postgraduate students.
- Schools: Teams must include students from Grades 11–12.
- Theme:
- Create an installation from waste or sustainable materials.
- Reflect themes of sustainability, innovation, or environmental awareness.
- Team Composition:
- Each team may consist of 3–5 members.
- Teams must have a faculty mentor for guidance.
- Material Requirements:
- At least 80% of the installation must consist of waste or recycled materials.
- Avoid using hazardous materials.
- Installation Size
- Maximum dimensions: 6 feet (height) x 4 feet (width) x 4 feet (depth).
- Submission Requirements:
- Submit clear photographs or videos of the installation (MP4 format, max 3 minutes).
- Include a description (max 300 words) explaining the concept, materials used, and the message behind the installation.
- Social Media Posting:
- Post images or videos of the installation on Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube.
- Tag the official Summit of Future – handles and use the hashtag #InstallFromWaste.
- Judging Criteria:
- Innovation and Creativity (30%): Unique ideas and execution.
- Relevance to Theme (30%): How well the installation promotes sustainability.
- Use of Materials (20%): Effective use of waste or sustainable materials.
- Social Media Engagement (20%): Likes, shares, and comments on the post.
- Display at the Summit:
- Selected teams will be invited to showcase their installations at the Summit of Future – 2025.

Photography/Video Submission:
- Ensure the installation is well-lit and shot from multiple angles to highlight details.
- Videos should include a brief explanation of the concept and materials used.
- Content Requirements:
- Begin by introducing your team, institution, and installation name.
- Provide a concise explanation of your creation, focusing on its impact and relevance.
Social Media Posting:
- Use the hashtag #InstallFromWaste in your caption.
- Mention your school/college and encourage others to engage with your post.
