The Summit of Future 2025 is an event hosted by JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), Kochi. By attending or participating in the Summit, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Event Content: All content, presentations, discussions, and materials provided at the Summit are for informational purposes only. The views and opinions expressed by speakers, panelists, and other participants are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views or opinions of The Summit of Future 2025 or its affiliates.
• Recording and Media: The Summit may be recorded for promotional, educational, or archival purposes. By attending or participating, you consent to the recording and use of your image, voice, and likeness in such materials.
• Liability: The Summit of Future 2025 or its affiliates will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the Summit, including but not limited to damages related to travel, accommodation, and personal injury.
• Changes to the Event: The Summit of Future 2025 reserves the right to make changes to the Summit schedule, speakers, location, and other details at its discretion.
• Registration: Registration for the Summit does not guarantee participation in all sessions, as space may be limited. The Summit of Future 2025 is not liable for any issues related to registration or event access.
• Force Majeure: The Summit of Future 2025 is not responsible for any failure or delay in the Summit’s execution due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or any other unforeseeable events.
